Gymnastics is a sport that includes exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups. Alertness, precision, daring, self-confidence, and self-discipline are mental traits that can also be developed through gymnastics.
SPECIAL NEEDS GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics can benefit kids tremendously, especially kids with special needs. Our classes for kids with special needs combine elements of gymnastics, fitness, and trampoline as well as movement education. They allow differently-abled children the opportunity to be a part of great activity at Flawless Gymnastics.
TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE
Tumbling and trampoline is simply a version of gymnastics, similar to how artistic gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics are just different versions of the sport. T&T has picked up in popularity in recent years, leading to a surge of competitors in the sport and interest in its competitions. The four events in this sport are power tumbling, trampoline, synchronized trampoline, and double mini-trampoline.
Cheerleading has tremendously changed over the years; from cartwheels and shouting to higher-level tumbling skills; stunts, jumps, chants, and pyramids. Cheerleading is also a well-respected competitive sport and is used to motivate crowd participation at sporting events. Flawless Gymnastics provides our students with a safe and fun environment where they can develop their full potential as an athlete while learning valuable lessons that will last forever!
Parkour is a lens of efficiency applied to every aspect of your movement through life. Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation.
