Customer Service Representative

Looking for energetic, positive, and friendly person to help our customer feel accepted and like our family.

Positions Available:

Sales - Follow up with leads and drive membership and sales.

Gym Receptionists - Make the clients of a gym feel welcome and complete a variety of front desk tasks, such as taking phone calls, answering to questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized.

Gym Administration - Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Gym Administrator will be responsible for assisting the operations team in an effort to enhance our company’s performance to deliver a best in class employee and member experience. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency to our field teams, working to maintain a high-energy atmosphere

Gymnastics Class Coach

Looking for a person who is energetic, positive, and knowledgeable of levels 1-3 gymnastics. The primary function of the gymnastics coach is to develop an instructional program for the gymnastics students. The coach must observe and spot athletes as they perform on the various apparatus. This may include some physical contact and lifting, especially with smaller children.

Positions Available:

Recreation Coach 6 years & up - The recreational coach will teach their students how to safely execute beginner,
intermediate and/or advanced gymnastics and tumbling skills. The coach will report to the gym manager.

Children's Gymnastics Coach - The children's gymnastics coach needs more than technical knowledge of how to do stunts. The coach must have a love of kids and a full supply of patience. The job also requires the ability to work with boys and girls of different ages and levels of talent. It's helpful if you're a former gymnast yourself, but this isn't a job requirement.


Responsibilities:

Instruct groups of individuals in gymnastics activities

Offer support to help children achieve their personal goals

Demonstrate proper form and technique

Develop and implement specialized training programs for classes

Ensure a safe, effective and fun program

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a gymnastics, cheer, tumbling coach, or other related fields

Ability to train at all fitness levels

Passion for training and working with children

Ability to build rapport with children and their families

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desire to work within and demonstrate the initiative to further the mission and goals of Love Gymnastics
